  • How can I buy a ticket?
    You can make your purchase online or at the ticket counter in Hub Zero or you can visit us and buy your ticket at the counter. We recommend buying online to ensure you can book your experience for the day, as some tickets are limited.
  • How much does it cost?

    Mega Pass Including Fast Track - AED 275 Only Sold Online and Includes Single Entry to THE VOID: GHOSTBUSTERS DIMENSION (minimum 130 cm) & GEARS OF WAR - LASER SIEGE (Time-slot to be booked on arrival for both), Unlimited entry and FAST QUEUE access to all other ground floor attractions, AED 35 for Arcade credits & additional AED 35 voucher for retail (to be used same day)

    Premium Pass - AED 165 and Includes Unlimited Access to all Ground Floor Attractions excluding The Void: GHOSTBUSTERS: DIMENSION Child Pass - AED 99 and Includes Unlimited Access to Plants vs. Zombies Tiny Track Racers and Double Agent.

    THE VOID: GHOSTBUSTERS DIMENSION - AED 75 includes Single entry ticket to THE VOID: GHOSTBUSTERS DIMENSION (minimum 130 cm height requirement applies and Time-slot to be booked on arrival)

  • Can I bring my own food?
    We do not allow food brought in from outside (other than baby food) in the Hub Zero premises. For your convenience, you can find several cafes located inside Hub Zero that serve food and beverages for a quick bite.
  • Is this a gaming café?
    In addition to a dedicated gaming area, Hub Zero also features many thrilling rides and attractions for non-gamers to enjoy.
  • Do I need to play video games to come here?
    No. Hub Zero games are selected to delight both serious gamers and first-time enthusiasts.
  • Can I play against my friends?
    Yes – several of the attractions are designed to offer a competitive edge to engage gamers. You can score points while playing either individually or in teams. You can also go head to head in the LAN gaming area and private gaming suites.
  • Is there something for younger children?
    There's a soft play area with slides and activities to engage younger children in addition to Tiny Track Racers, a karting experience for toddlers.
  • Are there long queues for the rides and attractions?
    During the peak season there may be queues for the popular rides, but our experienced team members can guide you through the park to ensure you maximize your ride time without spending too much time in queues.
  • Do you have birthday party packages?
    Yes, Hub Zero caters to private parties and events with full service catering options. Inquire for the available party packages and rates.
